Schedule for Running Heuristic Evaluation (Part of A3)

Each session should be planned for 15 minutes to 20 minutes. Allowing for sometime for your participant to hear what your game is about, getting familiar with your game, and then filling out the questionnaire at the end, we will plan for letting the participant have 12 minutes of game play.

Below is the schedule for who's running the evaluation (facilitator) and who's participating in that session (participant). This schedule ensures that everyone gets a chance to play both roles. It also tries to give teams with similar games a chance to play each other's games in order to give each other feedback and to learn from each other's designs. It also ensures that every team has at least 5 participants.
