activity:
- List all the user groups in this software
(don't forget to have a system administrator)
- List of set of functional requirements
- List of set of non-functional requirements (NFR) - identify at least one
for each NFR category, or explain why there isn't one in that category
- List of set of environmental constraints

Next, create a Use Case diagram using UML notation based on your requirements.

exercise, create the Data Flow Diagram for this software at both Level 0 and
Level 1.
